Position Summary
- We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Client Support Specialist to join our
Support Team.
- As a crucial member of our post-sales client support department, you will play a
pivotal role in delivering exceptional service and fostering positive client
experiences.
What You'll Do
- Assist clients with account management tasks, including regular updates and
maintenance of client accounts.
- Provide timely and accurate support to clients in posting jobs to various job
boards, adhering to tight turnaround times.
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and maintain a high level of
attention to detail in all tasks.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve client inquiries and
issues promptly.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in AI technology and industry trends to
better serve clients.
What You'll Need
- Strong analytical skills with a knack for logical deduction.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in internet surfing and navigating various online platforms.
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel
etc.).
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric
approach.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and adapt to evolving
priorities.
- Prior experience in client support or a similar role is preferred but not required.
