What You'll Do
- Support key analytical initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders to drive
business decisions.
- Analyze healthcare data to improve operational and clinical performance.
- Act as a key liaison between technology teams and clients, ensuring data integrity
and quality.
The Day to Day
- Research and develop analytical approaches for identifying trends in healthcare
claims and lab data.
- Collaborate with engineering, clinical, and operational teams to leverage
data-driven insights.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses and present insights using data visualization techniques.
- Identify and resolve data gaps impacting operational reporting.
- Engage with stakeholders to facilitate business priorities and opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with strong academic achievement.
- 1+ years of experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Ability to travel for business needs.
- Internet connectivity with minimum speed requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience analyzing medical claims, labs, and clinical data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint; AWS experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable leading analytical discussions.
