Job Summary
We are seeking an Integration Engineer to join our R&D team at Real Broker LLC. The
Integration Engineer will design, develop, and implement integration solutions
connecting various systems and applications. This role involves collaboration with
cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Integration Development: Create and maintain Zapier integrations to
connect applications and automate workflows.
- Workflow Automation: Analyze business processes and identify
automation opportunities through Zapier.
- Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct testing to ensure integration
reliability and performance; troubleshoot issues.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation for all
integrations, including user guides and API specifications.
- Collaboration: Work with product managers, developers, and
stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure smooth integration.
- Monitoring and Support: Monitor integration performance and provide
ongoing support to resolve user queries and issues.
- Best Practices: Stay updated with Zapier features and best
practices, implementing them in integrations.
- User Training: Provide training and support to team members and
clients on using Zapier integrations effectively.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Proficiency in Zapier and its functionalities is good to have.
- Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or any other
language).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of workflow automation principles.
Education and Experience
- Previous experience in integration development or automation projects.
- Familiarity with various SaaS platforms and their APIs.
- Bachelor's degree in Technology or a related field.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and webhooks is a plus.
