About the Role

The Customer Success Data Analyst will support the Customer Success team with data analytics and reporting. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Customer Success Strategy, Planning & Operations, this role is crucial in defining and developing strategies for the global Customer Success team. The analyst will leverage advanced analytical skills to drive insights and enhance operations.

What You’ll Do

• Perform spreadsheet analytics using pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas.
• Develop advanced Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Utilize intermediate SQL skills for database analysis.
• Work with BigQuery and ETL processes for data management.
• Contribute to projects involving Python and inferential statistics.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in spreadsheet analytics, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation.
• Intermediate SQL skills and understanding of relational databases.
• Familiarity with BigQuery and ETL processes.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of Python and inferential statistics is a plus.
