How You Will Contribute
As an IT Analyst, you will collaborate with global IT and business users to support and
optimize enterprise applications. This role provides an exciting opportunity to learn,
contribute, and grow in a dynamic Hi-Tech environment while working with cutting-edge
technologies.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with business users to understand requirements and configure solutions
in enterprise applications.
- Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of application resources,
including Workflows, Dashboards, Reports, Automation Scripts, and Integration Tools.
- Support the IT Applications Team by applying best practices in application
configuration and optimization.
- Help end users interpret system outputs and troubleshoot issues.
- Assist in planning and supporting new functionality releases and periodic system
updates.
What You Bring
- Basic understanding of enterprise applications, databases, and software development
principles.
- Strong foundation in SQL and Java scripting.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and application modules.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) or a
related field.
