Role in a nutshell
- Design, develop, document, and support systems used by a large number of developers.
- Work in an agile team, executing technical projects supporting business needs.
- Collaborate across teams to build scalable solutions for key initiatives.
- Mentor engineers, drive best practices, and provide product feature inputs.
- Note: Only considering Mumbai-based candidates.
Desired Experience
- 0-3 years of software development experience (2024, 2023, 2022 grads).
- Experience in developing stable and scalable software.
- Proficiency in at least one language: Ruby, Node.js, Python, Java, C/C++.
- Good knowledge of operating systems, databases, and networking.
- Ability to work on Windows/Linux platforms beyond the application layer.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and startup mentality.
What will you do?
- Design and develop systems and applications with agility and quality.
- Take end-to-end ownership from development to production.
- Contribute to key product features from design to implementation.
- Participate in code reviews and collaborate with engineers.
- Drive best practices and engineering improvements.
- Find and solve issues across different OS and programming languages.
- Create prototypes and proofs-of-concept.
- Mentor junior engineers and help with hiring technical talent.
